1、 Basic information

Youshanhe Company was established on February 27, 2014, with a capital injection of 100 million yuan from the Finance Bureau of Dafang County. The registered capital of the company increased to 120 million yuan on November 16, 2021. The company is mainly engaged in the operation, management, and development of the Youshanhe Scenic Area, and is mainly responsible for the construction and operation of the Xianyutun Tourist Area Passenger Cableway Project, the Hanging Stack Road Project, and the Camping Base Project in the Youshanhe Scenic Area of Dafang County.  

According to the arrangements of the county party committee and government, Youshanhe Company has been transferred to Dafang County Agricultural and Tourism Industry Development Group Co., Ltd. as a subsidiary and has not undergone any equity changes yet.  

The company currently has 41 employees, including 14 formal staff and 27 temporary staff.

2、 Development and construction status of scenic spots

（1） Planning and construction status. We have completed the overall planning of the Youshan River Tourist Area, the overall planning of the Youshan River Grand Canyon National Forest Park, and detailed construction plans for some nodes in the scenic area. Guided by planning, the project has driven a cumulative investment of nearly 1 billion yuan, and has built a batch of tourism infrastructure and supporting facilities mainly consisting of road transportation, tourist reception center, tourist trail, tourist public toilets, parking lots, and viewing platforms. Three scenic spots, "Xianyutun, Cuisuba Grassland, and Beihangou," have been preliminarily opened.

100 kilometers of tourist roads have been built, relying on various financing methods such as the Youshanhe Company, with an investment of 150 million yuan. More than 8000 meters of tourist trails, 6 tourist public toilets, 3 parking lots, over 300 parking spaces, and more than 20 viewing platforms have been built in the scenic area; A 1657 meter suspended plank road (170 meters of glass section) was built in Xianyutun and officially opened to the public in August 2019. The Cuisu Ba International Camping Base has been built and opened to the public in May 2019. It includes a reception service area, activity experience area, RV camping area, tent camping, self driving parking lot, etc. The main chargeable products include 35 RVs, 12 bubble houses, track grass skating, go karts, etc.

（2） Promotion and publicity situation. One is to insist on holding characteristic activities every year to promote resources. We have successively held the "First Tour Ceremony of the Scenic Area, Two Mountain Bike Cycling Competitions, Rural Tourism Promotion Conference, Mountain Motorcycle Track Competition and North Han Gou Opening Ceremony, First Music Festival and Cultural Creation Base Awarding Ceremony, Summer Summer Summer Tourism Promotion and Yi Torch Festival Series Activities," Meeting in Golden Autumn · Apricot Gathering Oil Cedar "Third Music Festival Activities, and undertaken more than 20 characteristic activities such as the 11th Tourism Development Conference of Bijie City project observation and Dream Flying Mountain Top Music Festival; The second is to actively "go global" to expand the market. The scenic area made its debut at the 8th Cross Strait Taipei Tourism Exhibition and the 1st China Hot Tourist Destination Promotion Conference in 2013. It has participated in more than 20 provincial, municipal, and county tourism promotion delegations to promote and advertise outside the province, making the scenic area step out of the "provincial gate"; Thirdly, we will make full use of local resources to promote and advertise, such as county hotels, bus stops, bus bodies, and high-speed railway stations. We have also opened a tourist line from Dafang High speed Railway Station to Youshan River Scenic Area; The fourth is to promote on media platforms such as CCTV, Xinhua News Agency, Chongqing Television Station, Guizhou Television Station, Guizhou Daily, WeChat public platform, and "Southern Airlines boarding pass" in Guiyang, with a total of more than 3000 reports on various information and work dynamics.  

（3） Honor status of the scenic area. The Youshan River Scenic Area has been awarded four national level titles (National Forest Park, National AAAA Tourist Attraction, China's Most Beautiful Leisure and Vacation Tourism Destination, and China Aquatic Germplasm Resources Protection Area), five provincial level titles (Guizhou Ecotourism Resort, Guizhou Sports Training Base, Guizhou Rural Tourism Poverty Alleviation Demonstration Site, Guizhou Ecological Civilization Education Base, and the Most Beautiful Scenic Spot in the Nine Western Provinces and Regions), and three municipal level titles (Bijie City's "Top Ten Scenic Spots", Bijie City's "Excellent Tourist Attraction", and Bijie City's "Literary and Artistic Creation Base").
